How do I request a special design/theme, or order a Sicily Bag that says "Similar Available On Request"?
Every Sicily Bag is unique. No two are ever identical. That’s what makes them so special.
Luigi’s trademark magical multicoloured pom poms are hand made with love and created using a secret formula that makes every batch unique and enough for producing exactly one Sicily Bag with the optimal distribution of pom pom colour diffusion. Its almost impossible to make two batches the same.
When a Sicily Bag is sold, its SOLD. That’s it. Its gone forever and will never come back “into stock” like you would see with a mass produced product.
Normally, the bag will disappear from our online boutique and will never be seen again. Sometimes, however, we leave it on the boutique and use the “SIMILAR AVAILABLE ON REQUEST” badge to let you know that we can ask Luigi to hand-craft a Sicily Bag that is similar. Or you might see a Sicily Bag on Instagram that takes your breath away and want a similar one for yourself.
Simply drop us an email – hello@sicilybag.com – and let us know which Sicily Bag has caught your imagination. We cannot promise an identical bag, however Luigi will always do his best to try to craft the perfect Sicily Bag for you.
There will usually be a wait of between 10 and 21 days before special request bags are ready to ship.
A note on our bag naming and numbering system: We number our Sicily Bags with Roman numerals in the order that they are made by Luigi. For example the first Gigi bag was “Gigi”, the second was “Gigi II”, the third was “Gigi III” and so on.
The Roman numerals on their own do not refer to the style or colour theme. Ie. A Gigi CCXV isn’t a particular style, colour, shape or even size. It is simply the 240th “Gigi” bag that Luigi made since we started numbering them.
When you email us with your request, please include a link to the bag (if it is still on our site) and more important please include screenshots, as this is what Luigi will use as inspiration for creating your similar bag.
Do you have a physical store that I can visit?
In order to offer the very best prices to our clients, we only sell direct via our online boutique – sicilybag.com – and we offer FREE SHIPPING worldwide. We don’t have any physical stores or stockists.
What payment types do you accept?
Credit/Debit Cards – We accept all major credit/debit cards. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details never hit our server so you can be assured of absolute safety and security.
Paypal – We accept Paypal payments too.
Bank Transfer (wire transfer) – If you prefer, you can also pay directly into our bank account. We can accept EURO(€), USD($), GBP(£) and AUD ($AU).
If you wish to pay via bank transfer, please send us an email (hello@sicilybag.com) and we will send our bank details. Let us know which items you wish to purchase, where we will be shipping to, and whether you wish to pay in EURO, USD, GBP or AUD.
